The strategy identified product visibility as the primary acquisition gap. Built a custom app connecting Claude Code to Shopify that writes purchase-intent descriptions in the brand's voice, optimized for both search and AI-powered discovery. Applied across the full product catalog, including every listing on Google Shopping.

Built an automated welcome email sequence connecting Mailchimp to Claude Cowork as part of the customer acquisition strategy. Every new subscriber gets a brand-aligned first impression that moves them toward purchase, running automatically.

Built a reusable framework for running marketing funnels, designed to grow the email list and convert subscribers into customers. Lead magnets were created together with the founder, purpose-built to attract the right buyers at each entry point.
