One founder. Every function. No system.
Christion, the founder of GTM Haus, runs go-to-market strategy for Series B AI startups. Before training, every piece of her own marketing ran through her, one at a time: strategy, campaigns, reporting, solo-authored and solo-managed, in her own words, "arduous."
She wasn't short on expertise. She was short on a system. Every new campaign started from a blank page instead of a repeatable process, and the research work that should have compounded (who to target, who else was targeting them) had to be rebuilt by hand each time.
She didn't need someone to hand her a workflow and walk away. She needed to learn how to use Claude Cowork past search and simple prompting: how to brief it as an operator, and how to build agents that work toward a task and a goal instead of answering one question at a time.
More output. Less of her time.
Four phases, each one building toward Cowork running at GTM Haus's pace, not the other way around.
Cowork fundamentals
How to brief Claude Cowork as an operator, not a search box: structuring a request, handing it context, and reviewing what comes back, the basics that everything after depends on.
Connecting the existing stack
Cowork connected to the tools GTM Haus already ran on: the website, Apollo, Notion, Figma, and HubSpot, so it could work inside her existing systems instead of asking her to adopt another platform.
Beyond search and prompting
Advanced sessions on building agents that work toward a task and a goal, applied to the work Christion named as most changed: ICP research and competitor research, run repeatably instead of rebuilt from scratch every time.
Built to keep producing
Training ended with Cowork configured to run these workflows inside GTM Haus's existing stack, producing ICP research, competitor intel, and content with far less of Christion's time than before.
Four workflows, one system. Running inside the tools she already had.
Five tools already in place. One system now working across all of them.
Nothing in her stack was replaced. What changed was how much of it now runs without waiting on her time.
This completely changed the way I work with AI and the impact on both my daily workload and the quality of what I produce has been tremendous. What I've learned didn't just help me "use AI," it fundamentally changed how I think about leveraging it in my business, and I've seen a meaningful difference in my productivity, efficiency, and output ever since.
